These terms define the parameters of our mechanical works and the boundaries of liability regarding site conditions at 82 Upper Friars Rd and client locations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Site Readiness and Electrical Infrastructure<\/strong> The effectiveness of a jilveta installation is dependent on the integrity of the existing electrical supply. It is the client\u2019s responsibility to ensure that the site is accessible and that the electrical consumer unit can handle the specific inductive loads of the HVAC compressor. <strong>jilveta<\/strong> is not liable for system inefficiencies resulting from undisclosed structural defects or substandard thermal insulation that does not meet current Irish building standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Commissioning and Operational Warranty<\/strong> Every system installed by <strong>jilveta<\/strong> undergoes a multi-stage commissioning process, including vacuum testing and pressure leak detection. Our warranty covers the mechanical integrity of the installation and the manufacturer-specified performance of the unit. However, the warranty is void if the system is modified or repaired by unauthorized third parties. Any legal disputes arising from our services shall be governed by the laws of Ireland and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Cork.
